I agree Barry, it gives me far better radio listening than I could ever
achieve on DAB here. We like the idea of having a news briefing if weve
missed something on the hour. What I also find very useful is being able to
ask Alexa for weather info and the time without looking for my phone. I am
looking forward to making a comparison of the two devices.

Aside from everything else it does, I would say that just for the voice
activated radio alone, the £50 for the Amazon Dot is worth it.

I really like the idea of this or the Amazon Echo but Im not sure I could
justify the cost as most of what it does I can do with my IPhone.
