Hi all, I know we only have a few members in the forum right
now, but as it is still being broken in, it should grow
quite quickly as the word spreads.
just to let you all know that sally and me have been
working realy hard here with the campaign and we have added
a new link to the what to do page on the save our benefits
web page. this will let you print a poster which can be used
for shop windows doctors surgerys etc, in fact anywhere you
can get to display it.

so why not print a few off and spread the word around to
those that do not have internet access.
after you hit the link above, wait a few seconds for the
file to load then hit your print button. the poster is a jpg
file, and will print out on a standard sheet of paper in
black writing. unfortunately those of you with screen
readers wont be able to read it, but there should be a short
line of invisible text which your screen reader should pick
up to let you know it is on your screen. now in case you are
wondering what it says, heres the wording.

On 17 November 2009 a Green Paper is due to be read in
Parliament which could pave the way for drastic changes in
the social welfare system as we know it.
To help our campaign to save these 2 disabled benefits.

And tell them how you would be effected should you loose
either of these benefits. You could also contact your local
MP's and ask them what they're going to do to stop the
proposed cuts recently outlined in a government green paper.
If they say they know nothing about it, give them the
web/postal address above and tell them to take a look.
