hi, unless of course andy doesn't have a card registered with paypal (assuming the buyer wants payment via paypal). some sellers require you to have a verified account with paypal in order to use that method of payment with them for example.

If the seller is wanting payment via paypal there should be no requirement for you to give your credit card details.
