Hi Mark.

Thanks for this mate. I'm sorry for not responding to your own particular difficulty but to be honest, your problem was beyond me. I must say that I did suspect that when you returned your first defected device for another, they may have sent you the original one back. What a cynic I am.

So this new device is not at all like the shape of the Zen Stone. You said that the USB plug was part of the device, so it's a bit like a thumb drive eh? Probably not the right shape for a wrist-band then?

I've the Zen Stone 2 Gb and love it. I have the above mentioned Wrist-strap and it's so convenient and easy to show off to guys in the pub who are interested in what I'm doing to my watch. The 2 Gb device has 28 albums on it. So the 4 should give me close to 60 albums. That's terrific, though I'd much preferred something that could be fitted onto my wrist.

I suppose that the day is not too far away that the device will be built into your pair of head-phones. No cables. Un-plug and go and as there is no screen, then you can operate the buttons by touch. Now that would be very nice and perhaps a memory of about 20 Gb would also help.

I think I'll go visit Creative or Play . Com and seeeif I can find out more about your device.

Thanks for your information.

Very best wishes.

Andy.

Andy,

The controls on the Muvo 4GB are exactly the same as the Stone, just
smaller. There is also a button for bass boost.

The Muvo has the USB plug built into the unit rather than a cable as the
stone has. This means the unit is about as long as your index finger, about the same width as the index finger but only half as thick. I would guess it
would be the same size as two sticks of chewing gum placed on top of each
other.

Sound quality is as good as any others I have used, and I have a stone 1GB
as well. The speed of file transfer up to the Muvo is vastly faster than
the stone, which is a great improvement.

The only problem I have found is I cannot get it to play for more than 30
minutes without it locking up and not being seen by the pc. I am still
trying to get to the bottom of this problem, but it's happened with two of
them now.

Hi guys.

I've got both the 1 and 2 Gb Zen stones and love them. I was thinking of
getting the 4 gb Creative Muvo T100 machines, but have not seen much
regarding it on any of the lists.

Can you tell me a little about it please. For example, is it like the 1 and

2 Zen stone device in the sense that it has no screen? Is it about the same

size, and can you purchase a wrist-band for it?

Very best wishes.

Andy.
