Or how about lowering of some of the astronomical prices developers charge?
I believe this would be in better interest of the countrys economics than
essentially developing a benifit scheme which is another funding source not
unlike rehab agencies who throw money at to companys on the behalf of people
who are just wanting to have a good sponge. Some people that is.
