Hi all,

The system is not down, and the orders are usually taken, although the
credit cards are not charged, as I charge manually, only if and when I have
the goods in stock and am ready to despatch. But the orders are getting
sent to me, and we are trying to resolve this CGI problem as I speak, and
hopefully should have a resolution soon.

I apologise for any inconvenience, and if you do have any issues with
orders, please do not hesitate to contact me.

All the best

Hi,

I got this just before Christmas when I had to buy my own Christmas
present from my parents (!!!) - rang Steve and he knew of the issue.

I didn't get a confirmation email, my credit card wasn't charged until
Steve processed the order manually (yes, I even had to pay for it too,
did get the money eventually though!!).

Thanks.
Andrew.

Hi

Anyone bought anything from the Computer Room services Online Store
recently? I keep getting to the checkout and then when I've entered all
my details I get a 'CGI application timeout' error, even though it
hasn't taken me very long to complete the form. Perhaps the system is
down?

James
