Although it's really Plug and Play, in the early days, one
did have to do quite a bit of praying, hence the Plug and
Pray.

Yes, "Bluetooth Dongle" is another term for the same.

You do however require Bluetooth capability at each end of
the transfer however.

George.

Did you really mean to say plug and pray? LOL love it.

forgive my ignorance but are these what people call
bluetooth dongles?

How do you use one? stick it in to a usb port, of which I
have plenty LOL and then do the transfer bit that way,
rather than through a cable?

Hi Carol,

Absolutely none!

Belkin do a variety of them ranging from 10 Metres to 100
Metres, and all are plug and pray where XP is concerned,
using XP's own Bluetooth connectivity.

George.

George,

So, when you say "no fancy stuff", what do you mean? - No
drivers and stuff to install?

What's the model number, by the way, please?
