I agree DJ, but I will still be switching come July! They have lost my business. I mentioned in an earlier email about companies with British in their name, well I forgot British Airways, I will not be flying with them again either! Booked to go to Paris using them last weekend. Turned up at Manchester terminal three, which I thought was strange for BA, surprise surprise, BA had subcontracted the flight to an economy carrier called Fly BE. The return flight was delayed due to technical problems and was three hours late arriving at Manchester. Paid through the nose for a BA flight and got economy flight with no sandwiches, although we got a FREE drink due to the delay. So that's another company with British in the name I will not be using again. I'm quickly becoming anti British! Dave Hahaha! Yeah this whole BT stuff's crazy Dave. Hopefully things will get sorted.
