Derek, the speeds I'm getting is way, way way below the threshold.
According to a tech agent tonight, the lowest I should see is 188k down.
The lowest I have seen = 7k
Yup, no typos 7k..
Thanks for the disablity address though as I am going to address this
through them to prevent myself blowing up at some poor tech support person.

Well I do understand that BT offers the best speed available on
customer's line, and Top speeds are dependent on a number of factors
including distance from exchange. BT does not guarantee every line will
give the top speed.
