Derek, the speeds I'm getting is way, way way below the threshold. According to a tech agent tonight, the lowest I should see is 188k down. The lowest I have seen = 7k Yup, no typos 7k..Thanks for the disablity address though as I am going to address this through them to prevent myself blowing up at some poor tech support person.
