Caroline, I think what you're after is called Freesat. It seems that Sky
have kept it very quiet in terms of marketing, because obviously they would
prefer people to pay monthly for the service. I did go to a website where
it listed the channels but, of course, I can't remember what it was. If you
put freesat into Google, you should get the information you want. What I do
remember is that about a quarter of the stations were shopping channels!
