Much appreciated Andy, thank you. I'll pass this on. He's doing a post grad
course and doesn't have the time to sub to the list, so I'm trying to help as I
don't have the foggiest about it myself (smiles).

  Jackie -

After buying a title from Audible, it gets placed in 'my library.' I find
that after completing the purchase, I get landed on the 'my library' page, but
if this isn't happening for your friend, they can click the 'my library' link
to get there. On the 'my library page are a number of links such as 'new
programmes' and 'heard programmes' [they call books programmes for some
reason], if your friend clicks on the 'new programmes' then the new title
should be there to download. Clicking on it will bring up another page where
your friend can choose the quality of sound file to download etc.

Listers, please could I ask those of you with some knowledge on this
website a question on behalf of a friend.

My friend has just purchased a book from
    www.audible.co.uk
but he can't find the link to download it. He is using Internet Explorer 7
and JAWS 8, and even though he has tried the insert f7 feature in JAWS to bring
up the list of links, he cannot find the tab to download the book; it simply
isn't there.

Could any one suggest anything I might forward please?

    Many thanks.

    Jackie
