Yes I would certainly say that Google is the one that springs immediately to mind. I use it regularly, but I have some vision and am running Zoom Text. I cannot say how it might perform with something along the lines of Jaws or Window Eyes.

Someone however several months ago did post information on a search engine
aimed especially at the Blind and VI impaired, but I'm afraid I no longer
