Keith,

I have to admit their customer service is lousy. The service itself
is absolutely fine, but I've never had a sensible response out of their
online help system and even when I've called haven't always had much luck.

Regards,
Léonie.

Hi,

Thanks for this.

The issue I am having is that when I put in all the card details and submit
the payment, I get the message that the purchase has been put on hold to
prevent fraud.

I have sent them an e-mail but had no response and I do not want to pay to
call their 0871 number.

Also, notice that among the text on the page, I am getting the message that
the server is taking too long to respond odd because the page seems to have
loaded perhaps a redirect that is not happening?

This is using firefox and window-eyes.

I may have to look for an alternitive, shame because their rates seem good.
