yoga: Yoga and Science

We are a group of one physicist and some doctor practising the Yoga meditation called Sahaja Yoga. We are trying to measure the effects of meditation on the phisical body, as well as on mental and emotional state of subjects. We will use the list to better understand what kind of measure instruments (electroencephalograph, electrocardiograph, resonance detector, ...), statistical instruments or informatic instruments (hardware and software) are more appropriate for our purpose and how to use them better.
