[haiku-development] Broken toolchain build on Linux here

Last night I was setting up a Haiku build environment on a Xubuntu box
and got the latest buildtools/trunk only to have the cross-tools fail
to compile.
I don't have the error handy, but it was something referencing xm-beos.
In any case, I reverted to r23127 and it succeeded.
I regret that I don't have time to track down the exact revision that
clobbered it, but figured I'd let everyone know.
Looks like pieterpan perhaps ran into the same thing as he noted
something in ticket #1952.
