[zevenos-neptune] New LTS Kernel 4.9.12

Hi,

we upgraded to the latest and greatest LTS Kernel 4.9.9 which is
available now in our repository.
It is recommend to upgrade to this new version as it comes with important 
security fixes  and  the usual  fixes for graphic drivers, sound drivers, wifi 
drivers.

Kernel 4.4.44 got removed from our repos.
