[ZeroBrane Studio] ZBS Window Close but lua program's window still open

I was running a lua program.
I use several libraries that came with lua for windows.
One of those is iup.
The lua program was displaying the following dialog box:

That is a one I crated using iup.
ZBS crashed or at least the application stopped and its window closed but
that dialog is still on my PC. I can interact with it.
This started about the same time as other problems for which I have opened
2 issues.
