DISystemCompat.pas is here:
<DIUnicode_Install>\Source\DISystemCompat.pas
Simply add
<DIUnicode_Install>\Dxx // Replace xx with your Delphi version
<DIUnicode_Install>\Source
to your global or project search path and DIUnicode will compile just fine.
