I would like to suggest a small change to sqlitespy
When calculating the column widths (which since 1.9.3 has been based on
record text width) it would be very helpful if the width of the column name
could also be included in this calculation.
This way when showing an empty table, or one with short data values it would
be possible to see the names of all the columns without needing to expand
them all.
