"SEEDS OF PEACE"
John and Janet Wallach
Journalists and Peace Advocates
Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation Residency
For three weeks every summer, hundreds of Arab and Israeli teenagers
leave behind the violence and hatred ingrained in their homelands to meet their
"enemies" face to face at the Seeds of Peace International Camp in Maine. John
and Janet Wallach are founders of the camp, and Mr. Wallach currently serves as
its president. Distinguished journalists, they have co-authored three books on
the Arab/Israeli conflict: Still Small Voices, The New Palestinians, and
Arafat: In the Eyes of the Beholder.
Your attendance will demonstrate your interest in and support of
efforts aimed at reducing violence and promoting peace in the Middle East.
