Looks I gotta get cracking on adding the 1.5 MIDI Learn documentation!

Well, the xruns bit is, and that's the only thing that was actually down to
Yoshimi. It was caused by stupid mistakes numbers 23 and 24 :(

I failed to notice that a couple of calls crossed thread boundaries.

Having re-written part of the code so these could go through the appropriate
ring buffers. I diverted the CLI one, but forgot the GUI one.
My penance will be to have only one mince pie today instead of two.
So...
The current master identifies itself as V 1.5.0 rc1
Target for release is Monday 19th - a most auspicious date as it happens to be
my niece's birthday :)
