On my xubuntu 16.04 machine the icons in the toolbar are just boring
icons not yoshimi icons.

Also on the virtual keyboard the tooltips for the "qwer.." and "zxcv.."Well now, I never noticed that one. it's quite minor, but I'll make sure it's
octave controls are "q2w3.." and"zsxd.." and it might be worth renaming
the controls to match the part of the tooltip as this may make their
usage more obvious

and the tooltips to show rows of actual key layouts - have to fiddle that a bit
with variable letter widths.
I guess at some point we should also make them reflect the current keyboard
layout rather than fixed as qwerty :/
