I'm not that partial to Green for the "Ruler" Line, but apart from that, I like 
it.  
(Is there a mid-grey color available ?)

I fiddled and fiddled until I finally got exactly what I want. I don'tknow what 
I had set wrong, but I had a lot of trouble with theinteraction among the 
different FONT statements (at least I think thatwas the cause). What I 
successfully finished with is quiteexceptional:

I tried the exact same FONTxxxx settings as yours for these directives,and all 
of them did show up on my computer. Do you have a screenshot forthis?

FONTBOIT=fonts\CONSOLAZ

and the bold and bold italics still dont' show up.
