Hi Gary

Yes you are correct - the Voices Board is no more. We plan to invite Clare to a reference group meeting. I'm looking at options for dates.

Hi Michael,

Just to clarify, my understanding is the Voices board doesn't exist any more, and there is the Action Group and the Reference Group. Will we be inviting Clare to attend a Reference Group meeting?

    Dear Colleagues

    A reminder below about how to subscribe to the Voices Group
    Mailing list - I'm attaching - as a text file - an email from
    Clare Marchant. and would welcome your comments. Using the list
    greatly improves communications around the group - there are
    comments arriving already!

    Dear Colleagues,

    I've been keen to simplify communication between group members
    and to ensure nobody 'drops off' the emails.

    I have set up an email list on freelists.org
    <//freelists.org> I think this should offer a simple way for
    all group members to be able to email all group members.

    Those who are not members of the group can't post to the group
    and won't receive emails.

    For security reasons each of you needs to subscribe to the group
    by sending email to

    wv-ref-group-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
    <mailto:wv-ref-group-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
    with 'subscribe' in the Subject field

    OR by visiting your list page at

    //www.freelists.org/list/wv-ref-group

    In addition to handling emails the messages are archived.

    Please sign up so we can see whether this will work for us.

    Best wishes
