Hi Michael

Looks like an interesting challenge!

I presume we first need to agree a few dates – ideally when we know Clare can
join us and then also advise her of the change in the approach from Board to
Ref Group.

It would then seem the scene would be set for a useful exchange around our
plans for the conference at a Ref Group meeting  next but one, along with some
more specific queries on WCCs aspirations for the partnership.

It would be great if we could get the CCG situation clarified first.

In anticipation of our formal peer review feedback I would like to come to
Voices Board at some point over spring/summer. This would be an opportunity to
look at how the VCS works better with the County Council and vice versa and we
could also use for feedback on our corporate plan, which we are due to refresh
for November Council. Hopefully you feel this would be productive and if so
could you provide Michelle with next few dates to see if we can get one that
works.
