Dear club colleagues, at the committee meeting last night, it was agreed
to proceed with the suggestion for a second club meeting night, covering
the?spring to autumn months.

A venue has been offered for these member only meetings, so we now need to
establish what evening is preferred.

If you would reply back to me please giving your feedback to the following;
1. Would you be?likely to attend these practical meetings?
2. What evenings are most suited for you? (though their is a preference to
Friday evenings with the venue on offer)
