Dear club colleagues, I never imagined my /p operations would result in any
award, but I'm very pleased to see my operating on behalf of the club under
G3WKS/P, won second place in the recent 432MHz Low Power contest. Copy of Cert
attached.
Any other members wanting to help out with contest entry do let me know, either
to get you started or team up as we move toward better portable contest
accommodation with Florence.
Our SSB NFD and 2m Trophy operations are going ahead next weekend, but we will
be down on the physical effort by Steven 2E0VKH, who has injured his foot while
doing his fitness exercise. As ever any assistance in setting up/take down or
in operating would be appreciated for the club.
