[wisb] snowy owl-milwaukee

Hi all,
After dropping my kids off at school (8am), I checked out Petrolium Pier. Way
out on the end was the snowy owl. In the water there were herring and
ring-billed gulls, canada geese, red-breasted mergansers, bufflehead, golden
eye, greater and lesser scaup, mallards and one or two redheads.
