[wisb] part albino house finch, Madison

At the feeder this morning I saw what looks to be a part-albino House
Finch: the head was white (with some brown speckles) where it would
normally be red. I tried to get a picture but it flew off to the neighbors
before I could get the camera going. First time I've seen this!
