[wisb] kittiwake update

The B-l Kittiwake is still there in Port Washington Harbor, swimming and
flying around the Holiday Inn parking lot. Very cute bird. Thanks for
everyone's quickness to assure me how easily findable it was. Even then,
I was still surprised! You don't even need binoculars.
