[wisb] White face Ibis in Neenah

While looking for the Franklin's gull that Stuart Malcolm posted on the 20th.  
I ran into Daryl Tessen who informed me that there were 7 White faced Ibis seen 
in the same area.  Why would I doubt Daryl.
Sure enough there they were.  Also seen were over 80 of both Yellow leg species 
who were being chased around by a Peregrine Falcon.

They're  on Pioneer road in the town of Neenah.  Between Shady Lane and 
Anderson sod farm.
