[wisb] Western Grebe

Hurray the server is back to normal! I went over to Manitowoc early this
afternoon and found the Western Grebe between the first parking lot and the
yacht club. It dove frequently, eventually joining the 7 Greater Scaup and
Redhead close to shore by the parking lot. Great looks at it. Before heading
home I checked the beach at Two Rivers. Was surprised to find 11 Sanderlings
running around amongst the gulls.
