[wisb] Watertown Tivoli Is. golden-winged warbler

Had time for a quick stop at Tivoli Island in Watertown late this morning.
Was rewarded with sighting of life bird golden-winged warbler. Had 2 good
looks at the bird, 1 excellent look just above eye level at 20' with bins.
The wide yellow wing bar and crown were in sharp contrast with the black
throat and wide eye line.
