[wisb] Unknown Rail - Horicon Marsh August 11

What an awesome day to spend at Horicon Marsh.
Highlights include, Yellow-Crowned Nite Heron on Ledge Rd, 4 imm Bald Eagles
off Hy 49, an Osprey at the fishing area on Peachy Road.
I'd appreciate help identifying the rail at this link. Anybody have a good
idea what it is?
