A huge thanks to Jim McCoy ( property owner of this beautiful farm ) as
well as John Romano for correctly identifying this Female Summer Tanager and
providing great instructions on how to find this property. The Summer Tanager
appeared at the peanut butter feeder and then was eating the oranges on top of
the bucket. The Summer Tanager was there at 3:30 in the afternoon after I
waited about 45 minutes at the white pryamid shaped feeder set-up.
Earlier in the day at Governor Dodge State Park the Orchard Orioles are
back on territory near the Cox Lake Concession Area and a Louisiana Waterthrush
was found about a quarter to half mile down the trail from Stephens Falls.
