Southern Columbia - basically no shorebird habitat at Harvey/Wangsness and at Harvey and Hwy 60. There were shorebirds on east side of of Kronke Rd just north of Hwy DM. But viewing very distant and even with afternoon light at my back it was very difficult to ID - appeared to be: Both Yellowlegs, Semi-palmated, Least, Bairds and Pectoral Sandpipers, with Semi-palmated Plover and of course Killdeer. At Goose Pond were 2 Red-necked Phalaropes ( seem to be lots of those around this month ) In Northern Dane Co; WIBU Rd and CTH DM area: Common Moorhen Black-bellied Plover CTH V and Patton Rd area: Stilt Sandpipers - 12 Schumacher Rd Red-necked Phalorope 1 Plus 25 species of warblers - no wait - that was Daryl at Bay Beach this morning !!
