[wisb] Snowy Owls - Horicon

Sunday at 3 PM, I saw 2 snowy owls north of Dike Road in the Horicon Marsh. I
entered from the east side of the marsh, off TW, and drove to a turn out where
there's a metal bridge and culvert or spillway. The owls were directly north
of
that spot, pretty far out.
