[wisb] Snowy Owls - Collin's Marsh - Manitowoc County

This morning while driving past Collin's Marsh in Manitowoc county I saw a
nearly pure white Snowy Owl along Hwy JJ. I called my dad to let him
know, and he did a search around the marsh later in the morning. He
was was able to locate a total of 4 Snowy Owls at the Marsh.
