[wisb] Snowy Owl, Sheboygan/Sheboygan County

A Snowy Owl was present this afternoon in the Sheboygan marina. It was
resting on a divider between two of the northernmost boat slips (close to
the
north pier which has the red navigation aid at the end). It was still there
at 1:45 P.M. when I left. I had no other significant sightings (no
shorebirds of any
kind and no Merlin).
