[wisb] Snowy Owl - Buena Vista Grasslands

A friend from Wisconsin Rapids and another person from Nekoosa have seen and
photographed a Snowy Owl:
South of county W on Townline road in the Buena Vista Grasslands, which is SW
of Plover, Wisconsin and W of Bancroft, Wisconsin.
This bird has been seen in this area for days in a row.
This must be the forth or fifth Snowy Owl seen in Wisconsin in November. Does
anyone have an idea what might be bring them so early? It must relate to the
amount of prey.
