I checked the DNR map ,of Brooklyn WA. The corn field is DNR land. Thank You
DNR. To get there, if you want to walk a corn field, go south of Madison ,on
Fish Hatchery, it turns into Cty D. The go east on Bellbrook, past the big
prarie, on the north side. At the east end there's a gravel DNR lot. From there
walk north on the dirt road, then keep going north over the low dead grasses
into the corn stubble. Lots of walking to do, but if something pops up, it's
fun. If some hard to ID bird pops up, it's probably a young Hornred Lark.
