After being skunked from seeing any Short-eared Owls since December at
Paradise Valley, outside of Dousman, serendipity had me stopping there
around sunset last evening. I was pleasantly flabbergasted to not only see
one, but three, with one engaging in contact with a N. Harrier, and the
SEO's were visible for 40 minutes until too dark to see. On top of it, they
were visible from the overlook as well as the north path next to the
overlook, mostly on the right / North side of the marsh.
