Some of you may have seen a notice in a recent issue of the Badger Birder
that Sergej's collection of books had been donated to the UW Madison Friends
of the Library for inclusion in their recent book sale. It appears that most
of his ornithology-related books actually didn't make it into that sale (they
have an overwhelming volume of donations to sort through,) so I expect those
will be offered in the October sale. I'll try to remember to post word of
