There were good numbers of shorebirds this morning at the Hwy G/Big Hollow
Road and Peck Road Ponds. The best birds at the Hwy G/Big Hollow Road pond
were 3 BLACK-BELLIED PLOVERS and a RUDDY TURNSTONE. The Peck Road Pond had
5 WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPERS, 1 BAIRD'S SANDPIPER, and 7 WILSON'S PHALAROPES.
Also had 2 WESTERN MEADOWLARKS singing along Peck Road.
