we saw a group of about 40 Rusty Blackbirds just south of Grantsburg this 
morning in Burnett Co.

It seems that this species hasn't been reported much (if at all) on the 
listserv. Joe Schaufenbuel and I heard and saw one singing male Rusty Blackbird 
at Mead Park in Stevens Point. 
Besides that, there were no unexpected or early migrants in the area. 
Waterfowl/waterbird numbers have been low and non-diverse. On that note, good 
birding!
