[wisb] Re: Reporting of sensitive species (e.g., Kirtland's Warbler) in eBird

Could people also make the Kirtland's Warbler Locations or other such
rare birds their own Personal Hotspot on/ in eBird vs suggesting it
become a hotspot?  Or does that too show up for everyone/ anyone to
see?  If not that might be another way to go if you want a more
detailed location just for yourself.
