[wisb] Redpolls in Monona

There were three REDPOLLS in a birch tree at Graham Ave and Midwood Ave in
Monona at 1:20 today.
A PINE SISKIN was in the same tree.
A good variety of Swans and Ducks were seen on Squaw Bay from Graham Park at
the end of Graham Ave. A scope is helpful.
