[wisb] Red-necked phalarope - Milwaukee CGI 5/23

I found a breeding-plumaged red-necked phalarope this morning at the
Milwaukee Coast Guard Impoundment. First time I have seen that species in
breeding plumage. Very nice! Still lots of other shorebirds at the CGI,
well worth checking as often as you have the opportunity.
