[wisb] RFI: Flocks in Lake Winnebago off Kimberly Pt. Neenah

Hi All. Had an interested party call my store in Neenah wondering what the huge
flock of birds were that was in the water off Kimberly Pt. near the lighthouse,
last weekend. Did any of you observe what those birds may have been? Your help
is appreciated. Thank you.
