Jesse:
Because my husband and I spent hours on Sunday looking for the Grant County
snowy owl, I am very disappointed to find that some people know where
it is, but are not reporting it on wisbird net. Is there a reason to keep
people from seeing this owl?

Quentin Yeorger photographed the same individual yesterday, as posted on
facebook, and also was the original finder of the scoters on Devil's Lake
mentioned by Tom Prestby.
